COLORS

GOAL PATROL is currently available in four colors: black, white, magenta, and blue. Wear two or more colors at the same time if you're working toward more than one goal. Just choose a different color for each goal you want to conquer!

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Web site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE BRACELETS?

GOAL PATROL Bracelets are made from the same waterproof, colorfast silicone made famous by so many celebrities. Wear them in the shower, wear them to bed, wear them dressy or casual. Work your goals wherever you are.

While our goal is to make GOAL PATROL Bracelets as affordable and functional as possible, we also take great pride in being green friendly. The Bracelets, the pouch fabric, and all paper components of the GOAL PATROL Motivational Bracelet Kits are made with recycled materials.

IS IT ONLY AVAILABLE IN FIVE STEPS?

Currently, GOAL PATROL is only available in five steps. Through extensive research, we have discovered that five steps are the most common number of steps into which most people feel comfortable breaking down their goal. Due to a number of special requests, we are considering developing additional versions of the GOAL PATROL Motivational Bracelet Kits in the near future.

Custom orders are not available for retail.

WHAT IF I LOSE ONE OF MY BRACELETS?

To avoid losing your Bracelets, make sure to always keep the four Bracelets you are not wearing in the provided pouch. The fifth Bracelet should always be around your wrist! However, we understand, you may have a very formal event, such as a wedding or a gala, where your GOAL PATROL Bracelet just doesn't go with your ensemble. If you have to do it, just do it... take it off, but don't make it a habit! Be sure to place your Bracelet back in its pouch so you know where to find it immediately after the event!

If you should lose your Bracelet, please send an email to customservice@goalpatrol.com and specify which size, color, and step you are missing. The cost for your replacement will be $2.99 per Bracelet (includes shipping/handling). You will receive a PayPal Request Money link via the email you provide us or email us from. You should receive your replacement within 7-10 days (for USA orders) or 3-4 weeks (for Canadian orders) from the date we receive your PayPal payment.

PAYMENT METHOD

We currently use PayPal as our authorized payment processor. Your credit card information will be encrypted by PayPal's secure server. PayPal accepts all major credit cards. You do NOT need to open a PayPal account to place an order. Simply follow the Check Out link, which will lead you to PayPal's secure credit card processing.

Please note, if you choose to proceed with your order using your personal PayPal account, we cover the service charge to receive your payment.

SALES TAX

A 7% sales tax is added to all orders shipped within Florida. Any applicable sales tax is added to your purchase total automatically after you enter your delivery address information during the PayPal checkout process.

SHIPPING

All orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days.

We ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Typically, orders greater than five kits are shipped via Priority Mail. You should receive your kit within 7-10 days (for USA orders) or 3-4 weeks (for Canadian orders) from the date you place your order.

In order to prevent fraudulent activity, billing and shipping addresses must be the same. For special requests, please contact customer service by email at customerservice@goalpatrol.com, or by phone at (786) 284-3488.

Backorders: We try to keep all items in stock, but sometimes an item may be sold out. We will notify you in the event of any delays.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do whatever is reasonable to correct the situation.

Authorization must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise. To obtain an authorization code, contact customer service at customerservice@goalpatrol.com or (786) 284-3488 within thirty (30) days of receipt. No authorization codes will be submitted after thirty (30) days of receipt. Any returns made without an authorization code will be refused or disposed. Please clearly mark the authorization code on the outside of your shipping package.

Products returned must be unopened and in resale condition.

Wrong/Damaged Merchandise: In the unlikely event that you receive wrong or damaged merchandise, please return the merchandise via First Class or Priority USPS. We will refund you for your purchase, plus the cost of postage.

(Unlikely) Simple Dissatisfaction: In order to keep our prices low, we do not refund your shipping and handling costs, nor do we pay for the cost of returning merchandise unless we have sent you the incorrect product, or if the product is damaged. We will issue you a refund for your total purchase minus the cost of shipping and handling. If you receive a "free shipping" promotion, applicable shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund. Please do not use UPS or Fedex for any returns, as neither company ships to P.O. boxes. Use USPS for your return.

Exchanges: When obtaining an authorization, please clearly indicate the new color and size you would like to receive. We are happy to send your exchange back with no additional shipping and handling fees.
